I know many men who greatly lack this trait. This could mean they are overtly lacking humility or simply lacking the ability to be consistently kind or to simply apologize when they have made a mistake. It is important for men to remember that by maintaining humility, they can make the most of opportunities to improve by being a receptive and willing learner. Humility comes from having respect and empathy for other people – for the way your actions make them feel.
